KIGALI, Oct 13 (AFP) - Rwandan President Juvenal Habyarimana has picked Justice Minister Sylvestre Nsanzimana for the post of prime minister created last June when a new constitution was adopted, officials said Sunday.
Mr. Nsanzimana, 55, a former foreign minister, deputy secretary general of the Organization of African Unity and president of Rwanda's national university, will form a new government for the tiny Central African nation.
