The testimony before the ICTR of Colonel Grégoire de Saint-Quentin, an officer who was stationed in Rwanda at the start of the 1994 genocide, scheduled for November 22, has been postponed. No explanation was given on the reasons for this decision which comes a few days after the publication of the Bruguière investigation.
