KIGALI, April 14 (Reuter) - Rwandan rebels denied U.N. reports
ceasefire talks would take place today.
We are not going to negotiate a ceasefire with anyone,
said Rwanda
Patriotic Front spokesman Wilson Rutayisire.
In New York, Security Council President Colin Keating of New Zealand
said late yesterday the RPF and a recently-installed interim
government, most of whose members have fled the city, would meet under
U.N. auspices in the capital later in the day.
Belgian paratroopers, protecting the French School evacuation point,
pulled out overnight and looters moved in to grab what was left of
fleeing foreigners' possession.
