Résumé
This map drawn up by the Military Intelligence Directorate (DRM) shows that the RPF is still far from Bisesero and Kibuye. It reports three “Hutu raids on June 25”. One in Cyeru, the second in Tumba, the last in Buyoga. As they are located in the zone controlled by the RPF, therefore on the rear of the enemy, these would be actions of the CRAP (Commando d'action et de recherche endepth) type. This map is appended to the note from General Quesnot for the attention of the President of the Republic, June 28, 1994.
