Résumé
Paul Rusesabagina, deputy director of the Mille Collines hotel, informed the Central Intelligence Service (SCR) to the Presidency of the Republic that Léonidas Habonimana, diplomat at the Embassy of Burundi, warned a receptionist whom he designated as "tutsi" that "the Hutu were going to kill the Tutsi that night". He also informed two other "Tutsikazi" women offering them to seek refuge at the embassy if necessary. The author of this SCR note proposes the expulsion of this diplomat.
