KIGALI, May 10 (AFP) - U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African
   Affairs Herman Cohen arrived here Sunday for an official two-day visit
                       to Rwanda, officials announced.
    Cohen is due to have talks with President Juvenal Habyarimana, Prime
   Minister Dismas Nsengiyaremye, and other members of the government, the
                               sources added.
    Cohen, who arrived from Uganda, last visited Rwanda in 1987, when he
      was special advisor for African affairs in the National Security
    Council, a top secret U.S. government agency which advises the White
                                   House.
